Important results from the project
The purpose was to identify potential partners in Germany and Holland and get them to do field trials with our equipment.
Expected long term effects
One German agricultural company did field trials with a modified unit during the winter 2013/14. It suffered from some minor technical problems. Overall it worked fine. They are currently evaluating the trials and within a few weeks we expect to discuss the future with them, A Dutch company are now doing field trials during the growing season, and should be done with their evaluation in the autumn. A patent application has been filed.
Approach and implementation
The overall plan was followed with some lateness. One Swedish partner who helps find companies in Holland was not able to gather enough swedish agricultural companies for a roadtrip, but we managed to find and initiate tests with a dutch company anyhow.
