Important results from the project
The grant recipient has participated in the Nordic Future Mobility Summit 2020 and related events in Silicon Valley, California. She helped organise a session on Vision Zero and gave a presentation on SAFER´s work on safety to approximately 90 participants from academia, government, cities and companies in the transportation sector, both from the Nordics and the US. She has presented the conference highlights at SAFER and written a summary for distribution to various stakeholders. The conference attendance has generated new strategic contacts with various stakeholders.
Expected long term effects
The goal of the project has been met. The grant recipient has helped organize a session at the conference, represented SAFER at the conference both as participants and as speakers, and made new strategic contacts that could eventually lead to new collaborations with American and Nordic players.
Approach and implementation
Co-organised a session at the conference together with other stakeholders, participated in the conference and related events, prepared a presentation and presented it at the conference, written minutes from the conference.
