Approach and implementation
Great focus was placed on collaboration and consensus on what needed to happen in the project´s reference group to arrive at processes for corporate collaborations. Working groups raised perspectives that were anchored in the reference group. Project leaders transformed ideas and identified solutions that were tested and further developed in an iterative process. The activities were relevant and the schedule was followed. The collaboration with care and support functions created many lessons.
