Important results from the project
This study aims to develop and visualise street network capacity and space requirements from a cycle traffic point of view, comparing changes in modal split. The purpose of the project is to provide a better understanding of the role of cycling in contributing to an economically viable and space efficient urban development. Field studies, e.g. cycle counts of junction capacity are used to inform the study.
