Important results from the project
The project´s goal was to understand how bottlenecks in startup life cycles can be overcome, in order to achieve desirable end results, such as new listed companies and sustainable economic growth. The project has provided better knowledge of how this can be done through policy, and provides recommendations for policy.
Expected long term effects
The project´s results in the form of new knowledge will in time be disseminated through publications. The project´s goal of providing recommendations for policy is met through the summarized final report.
Approach and implementation
The project was conducted at Chalmers University during 2020-2024, by a team of researchers and international experts, in collaboration with, and support from, Gothenburg University, Vinnova, Carl Bennet AB, Västra Götalandsregionen (Region of Western Sweden), AstraZeneca BioVentureHub and Business Region Gothenburg.
