EXACT – EXtending and Advancing Colour and Turbidity

Purpose and goal

The project aims to strengthen a proposal to EIC Accelerator through three focus areas: market validation and project planning, prototype development for industrial applications, and technology validation through measurement campaigns. The goal is to create a competitive proposal by demonstrating the market maturity and performance of the technology in real-world environments, as well as clarifying the market scope and need for the solution.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to result in a working industrial prototype, measurement results from tests in an industrial environment, proof of technology performance, and a market study clarifying the market potential. These results will create a solid foundation for the proposal to EIC Accelerator, including a project plan, a pitch deck, and a draft video pitch.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented in three work packages: market validation and project planning (WP1), prototype development for industrial applications (WP2) and measurement campaign for performance validation (WP3). WP1 includes market analysis, establishment of partnerships and development of materials for the EIC proposal. WP2 upgrades the prototype for industrial environment. WP3 tests and analyzes the performance of the prototype in industrial environments to demonstrate commercial potential.
