After the end of the project, both the purpose and the goals have been realized.

Expected long term effects

In March 2024, the first month after the completion of project, we will conduct the first donations through the website, and the value of the transactions is expected to exceed previous levels.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project team carried out a requirement collection and analysis together with stores and suppliers in the Swedish grocery trade and the Food Mission. The requirements analysis prioritized the requirements according to need and demand, development then took place in accordance with the agile scrum method. When the critical line for the project was presented, sprints were started in periods of 2-4 weeks. The sprints included the following; change of tech stack, design, new features, administration page and donations.
