Important results from the project

The project has delivered a structured regulatory roadmap and strengthened internal expertise in regulatory, compliance and strategic decision-making. The objectives were fully met and the project also contributed to increased efficiency in other parallel initiatives. Through insights from external experts and internal workshops, Cognes now has better tools for future regulatory challenges.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to have long-term effects by increasing the company´s autonomy in regulatory matters, reducing the need for external consultants and shortening the time to market for new innovations. The knowledge and structure that has been built contributes to more sustainable internal capacity, and gives Cogne the opportunity to act faster and more strategically in the event of changing regulatory eligibility requirements.

Approach and implementation

The project was based on a clear structure with mapping of regulatory eligibility requirements, workshops, expert dialogues and analysis of internal needs. Most activities were carried out as planned, but some elements were delayed due to external factors. Despite the delay, the project´s objective was achieved. The collaboration with external parties worked well and the project gave the desired organizational effect.
