Important results from the project
Bolagskompassen has managed to build an educational and timesaving beta version of an exploration service in real time analyzing all Swedish limited liability company´s latest financial statements. Bolagskompassen has investigated in which actors there is an interest of an economic prospecting service that is significantly faster and provides higher quality than those currently available on the market. The conclusion is that it is the largest auditing companies that have the greatest interest in this, but also banks and major consulting firms have a particular interest.
Expected long term effects
After completion of development projects was the aim to have enough information to clarify the customer value of the service and, based on this knowledge, decide to invest in a full-scale version. Bolagskompassen has generally received positive feedback will note that there is a big appreciated customer value on the service. It remains to reach commercial agreements, but this can hopefully be done in the first quarter in 2016.
Approach and implementation
Parallel to this development, there has been about a dozen in-depth interviews with potential users of the service and these have generally been very positive about the service. Moreover, the intellectual property protection opportunities are evaluated. The project was implemented with an agile working method divided into four work packages: WP1. project management WP2. depth Interviews WP3. Technical development WP4.
