Important results from the project

The project aims to - In collaboration with partners develop talent programs that involve national and international talents at different levels - Provide talents with knowledge and understanding and give them the opportunity to have a greater impact in individual companies and organizations - Based on current / future needs in Swedish AI -the ecosystem, establish strategic discussions on how to expand the national talent pool All overall objectives are addressed with good results and have created valuable insights into how we need to develop work with talent programs.

Expected long term effects

Several talent programs have been implemented within the framework of the project, which overall achieves the project goals. The project has also established long-term important structural capital in the form of structures, forms, contract templates, etc. for various types of talent programs. AI Sweden now continues with several talent programs, which has been made possible by this project.

Approach and implementation

The talent programs are generally implemented through a mix of educational elements and partner practice. In 2022, we demanded and assumed a stronger partner commitment. By making the talent programs known both among partners and internally in AI Sweden, we have been able to utilize all of AI Sweden both in commitment to implementation, but also to better reach out to our partners and its decision makers, and thus been able to run the programs more efficiently.
