This year's ESS/MAX IV Online Summit takes place on October 14. Through a series of digital workshops, we look forward to sharing your good ideas! How can well-thought-out strategies increase the use of MAX IV and ESS? Hur do researchers from academia and industry gain the best knowledge of and access to the facilities?

The event takes place online and is aimed at decision-makers and financiers as well as researchers in academia and industry. You who participate have a great opportunity to influence how together we can increase the societal benefits of being the host country for two world-leading research facilities.

As a basis for the discussions, representatives of the facilities present what the business has looked like in the past year and what the future looks like. You will also hear how the industry works to take advantage of the research tools available at ESS and MAX IV as well as information on current project and government assignment linked to the facilities.

Introductory speakers are Darja Isaksson, director general Vinnova and Sven Stafström, director general Swedish Research Council.

You can find the entire program on Inovajo's website, where registration also takes place.

The event is only available to registered participants who are also expected to participate online in the afternoon workshops. Selected parts of the morning's presentations may be shown afterwards, however, the participants online will not be a part of it.
