Important results from the project

Rektra is an intelligent selection tool for recruitment that leverages AI to create a fair labour market and sustainable skill maintenance. The purpose of the project was to validate market hypotheses for scaling, internationalization and profitability. At the end of the project, over 3,000 candidates has signed up on Rektra, a new subscription solution has been created based on customer and investor feedback, and Rektra has some of Sweden´s most popular companies as customers.

Expected long term effects

The expected result was to develop and validate a business model for recruitment companies, create partnerships to enter an international market and reach a level where Rektra attracts investors for further financing. External factors such as Covid and war in Europe lowered priority on internationalization, but increased the focus on developing the business close to Rektra´s key customers in the Swedish market. This shift has allowed Rektra to both attract and retain our largest customers.

Approach and implementation

Existing and potential customers were involved early in the project to validate market hypotheses and develop Rektra´s business to best meet market demand. Dialogue with investors has also taken place during the duration of the project, and feedback from this has influenced which activities during the project have been prioritized and how Rektra´s payment model has been designed. The project has also focused on attracting key customers to Rektra in order to attract additional customers in this way.
