Purpose and goal

Aventix will develop a precision calibration and traceability system integrated into its Scarlett platform - a next-generation analysis solution for microlitre-scale measurements. The project will strengthen market trust in its measurement accuracy through an internal calibration feature, validation at RISE, and patent filing, delivering traceable and reliable results for regulated laboratory environments.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to result in a validated and patent-protected traceability feature that will increase confidence in microlitre-scale measurements of the Scarlett platform. It will provide users in diagnostics, pharmaceutical R&D, and regulated labs with higher reliability and efficiency. In the long term, it will strengthen Swedish competitiveness, investor readiness, and sustainable growth in precision measurement and life-sciences.

Planned approach and implementation

Aventix will integrate an internal calibration feature into the Scarlett platform, validate performance through independent testing at RISE, and protect the innovation through patent filing. The work will include gathering user insights, prototype development, lab and field testing, and verification of measurement accuracy. The project will increase technical credibility of Aventix’s product and prepare the system for commercial scale-up.
