Important results from the project

Goal: Samordningsförbundet Stockholms stad wants to be an actor in the development of hybrid work and collaboration in the public sector. Goal fulfillment is good as Samordningsförbundet participated in and arranged its own events and workshops at Samverket. Samordningsförbundet has also told about Samverket and its experiences at a large number of meetings. Goal: Samordningsförbundet wants to increase knowledge of what Samordningförbundet is. Goal fulfillment is good as many of Samverket´s members have received information about Samordningsförbundets activities and tasks.

Expected long term effects

Samordningsförbundet Stockholms has been a member of Samverket from the start and is proud to participate in the development of hybrid work for the public sector. Many of the förbundets members have been curious about Samverket, and the förbundet has told about the hybrid work and its experiences on many different occasions. None of Samverket´s members had heard of samordningsförbunden and förbundet has contributed to more people in the public sector being aware of samordningsförbundens mission.

Approach and implementation

Samordningsförbundet Stockholms stad has had one person as a member of Samverket. It has been vulnerable and challenging to represent the union alone at various meetings and events. Gradually, Samverket opened up the possibility of bringing colleagues to Samverket, which facilitated participation. Many people have been curious about Samverket. The delicious and exciting premises, together with the inclusive and cordial reception, have made it fun and easy to show off Samverket to colleagues and förbundets members.
