Important results from the project
We have produced a larger larger quantity of cereals. We founded our webshop, selling cereals directly to consumers and to grocery stores. KNAPRIG is currently available at four ICA stores in Sundsvall. We are also available at a gym chain.
During the project, we have participated in two food fairs where we have met lots of customers and stakeholders and thus created important connections. We have received a clear picture of what the customer thinks of our product, proof of concept.
Expected long term effects
We have gained deep insights into how the food market works and our important contacts play a major role in the future.
We have learned to become better puschaser towards large companies.
We have gotten to know our target group better.
Approach and implementation
We ordered a larger quantity of flakes from our producer in Germany. We designed and purchased packaging and built a website.
We started sales on our own webshop and participated in fairs.
We sold to grocery stores and gyms. We have sponsored various events.
We have worked a lot with advertising and social media.
We have collected data on what our customers think about the product.
