Important results from the project

The project aimed to further develop and commercialize Compular´s analysis software for the creation of more efficient, environmentally friendly and affordable batteries. The project has been successfully completed with the development of a fully functional software, resulting in the signing of two significant customer agreements. Based on market validation efforts, an increased understanding of market needs has been achieved, including the importance of understanding surface interactions and enabling multi-scale-modelling.

Expected long term effects

The project has resulted in software that can be run locally or in the cloud, featuring a user-friendly interface that provides value to non-experts. Based on these results and market validation efforts, Compular is well-positioned to meet the needs of electrolyte developers. The ability to license a functional software to customers enables further optimization of a scalable business model and future customer financing. In the long run, this enhances the innovation capabilities and efficiency of the battery industry.

Approach and implementation

Careful planning, combined with responsive project management and efficient execution, led to a successful implementation of the project. We realized that certain initial activities and solutions needed to be modified to address challenges and find optimal paths forward. By being responsive to changes, we were able to achieve our goals without getting stuck in a suboptimal strategy. Through regular communication and collaboration with customers, a solution was developed that is best suited to meet market needs.
