Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the project was to further use the infrastructure of digital locks that Inside the box is now building. First in Stockholm and then further out into the country. The goal was to develop at least two innovative services, a return service and a service for redirecting service point packages, which can be considered achieved. The return service that was specified in this material is active and is used among the lock users. Several other services are developed and used by them as well or waiting for another project part.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The return service is expected to increase as the number of areas and locks increases. The service is popular and gives a positive climate impact because most of our target group take the car to leave the return. Instead of two trips with one package, this can be handled by the newspaper couriers who are out driving small electric cars anyway. Good for everyone!
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** As Inside the box has further developed the platform, it has become easier and faster to make these types of service implementations. We can easily make updates based on input from customers and quickly come out with new features. The large carriers are not as fast for obvious reasons. As much of our services depend on a larger organization, the biggest challenge for the company and we are investing in finding alternative ways of working with smaller local players to be able to realize what we want in a shorter time.
