Important results from the project
Our aim and objective has been to develop a product to be able to analyze data from Amazon´s platform and then use this data as a basis for important business decisions. The project´s objective has been achieved in such a way that we have a first prototype of a product that meets this. However, there are some technical and data security parts left to solve before it is ready to be commercialized.
Expected long term effects
As expected, the expected effects of being able to manage, summarize and review important data from Amazon lead to simplification and streamlining of decision-making. This frees up time for the user and allows them to quickly form an idea of their business status on Amazon.
Approach and implementation
The first step involved detailed work to understand and get an overview of all the data that Amazon provides. Then, in step two, a time-consuming investigation and planning was initiated of how we can best create the necessary key figures, KPI:s and information of value. Step three involved technical work with linking databases and visualization tools. Finally, the product was tested.
