Important results from the project

The project goals was almost fully reached. Within all focus areas, important improvement was made concerning competence and capability, to strengthen AstaZero´s ability to support the industry in the work to develop the future safe, electrified and automated transport system.

Expected long term effects

AstaZero will, based on the project results, get a strengthened ability to support the industry in the work to develop the future safe, electrified and automated transport system.

Approach and implementation

Half of project was done internally, the rest with external parties: RISE and Euro NCAPs working groups. Internally, the work followed mainly the plan, except for purchasing of sensors that took unplanned long time. Collaboration with RISE was good with mutual work towards common objective. The work with Euro NCAP was dependent on external industrial partners, called for collaboration, not always effectively. But successful results was reached in Truck Label where AZ led the work.
