Who can apply?

Consortia consisting of companies, universities, colleges, research institutes and other relevant actors are welcome to apply for funding. The requirements for consortia vary depending on the type of project, but the foundation is that the project should address a real industrial need. Foreign actors are welcome to participate in project, but not as coordinators.

How much can you apply for?

In this call for proposal one finances three types of project:

Feasibility Study
Up to 8 months, maximum grant up to SEK 600,000.
Small FUI-project
Up to 24 months and grant at a low level SEK 1,000,000 - 3,000,000.
Large FUI-project
Up to 36 months and a grant SEK 3,000,000 - SEK 5,000,000. You can apply for a grant for up to 50 percent of the project 's support eligible costs.

How to apply

To apply for funding, you need to complete an application form in our application portal, Intressentportalen. The form contains questions about your project, project members and budget.

Allow enough time to complete the application

Please keep in mind that it takes time to make an application. Filling in all the templates can take several days, since they are based on analyzes you need to do. Therefore, start the application well in advance. You can start filling in data, save and continue at a later time. Even when the application is complete, you can at any time unlock the application and make changes right up until the call closes.

What happens after the call has closed?

Once your application has been registered, we'll send a confirmation email to the person responsible for the user account, as well as to the project manager and the company signer. Please note that this may take a few hours after the call has closed.

After the closing date, you can't register any new information. You may only add information to your application if we ask for it.

Who can read your application?

Applications submitted to us become official documents. However, we don't disclose information about business operations, inventions or research results if it can be assumed that someone will suffer economic damage if we do.

This means that we must disclose the documents if someone requests them. However, we can black out information if we believe it could cause economic harm if disclosed.

How we handle official documents and privacy
