Purpose and goal
Purpose: Use PDAC 2026 for an exploratory market and needs assessment of Zentnl LWP in Canadian mining and to prepare pilots. Goals: 15–20 curated meetings, 2–3 LoIs/MoUs with mine operators/integrators, 1–2 pilot one-pagers (KPIs, integration, timeline), and a post-PDAC action plan. The outcome paves the way for safer, more sustainable operations and stronger international competitiveness for Swedish mining tech.
Expected effects and result
15–20 documented meetings. 2–3 LoIs/MoUs with mine operators/integrators. 1–2 pilot one-pagers (site, KPIs, data integration, timeline, budget). Map of IT/C2 integration paths and prioritized partner/customer list. Post-PDAC action plan with owners and milestones. Refined value proposition for the Canadian mining market.
Planned approach and implementation
Plan: Preparation (Oct–Feb): build a pre-booked agenda with 15–20 1:1 meetings (miners/integrators) and materials (pitch deck, demo, pilot one-pager). With the Canadian Trade Commissioner in Sweden we secure meetings and pitch slots. Delivery (PDAC Mar 1–4, Toronto): pitch + 1:1s. Follow-up (Mar–Apr): convert to 2–3 LoIs/MoUs and 1–2 pilot scopes.
