Important results from the project
To increase the use of emerging standards to provide competitiveness and profitability as well as affordable inputs in products and services. To increase the understanding of and knowledge of which IoT standards and technical platforms are relevant for activities in the public sector, primarily regional and municipal activities, what they cover, their advantages and disadvantages. To work with standards to increase the conditions for interoperability between and within public activities.

Approach and implementation
The project has five work packages: 1. Take part in the results of international standardization and influence and make demands on it. 2. Compile the working group´s views, requirements and expectations on IoT standards. Map a number of platforms (more than 10) that are of interest to IoT Sweden and the working group. 4. Compile platform materials 5. Present the results at IoT Sweden´s annual meeting on 8 October 2020, and if necessary at other meetings arranged by IoT Sweden or Vinnova.
