Approach and implementation

The project was started online with a representative for the customer, there was a discussion about how we could help the customer with the data collection that was desired. Then, a document was created that was reviewed with the customer before the physical meeting. Once at the meeting, we discussed different ways forward and agreed that a pilot is probably the best way to validate whether it is possible to create a long-term solution for the customer. Awaiting final feedback.
