Purpose and goal

Arkivia develops a B2B software platform for family lawyers and funeral homes that digitizes and automates the entire process of managing estates. From the day a relative passes away until the inheritance is completed, with everything gathered in one place. The company was founded to counteract the large administrative burdens and lack of transparency that currently characterize traditional estate management. The goal of the project is to finalise the platform, into a complete digital solution.

Expected effects and result

Expected results are to launch Arkivia´s platform on a large scale in the Swedish market, which will lead to lawyers getting a new way of working that is faster, smoother and more customer-centric. This will lead to more efficient processes and a stronger competitiveness for our clients, in an industry that has long been digitally neglected.

Planned approach and implementation

Customer feedback on the estate inventory module is collected and used to improve functionality and user experience. At the same time, development of the other modules needed for the MVP is initiated. Once the foundation is in place, internal tests and pilot projects with selected partners will follow. After the MVP version is launched, development will gradually continue with deeper AI integration and optimization ahead of a broad commercial rollout.
