Important results from the project

The overall goal of the project was to consolidate and further develop collaborations between actors in Sweden and Silicon Valley (USA and Canada) to create long-term relationships and contact channels. The ambition has been to build a long-term strategic platform, Swedish IndTech, to enable transatlantic collaborations at different levels. Through networking, events, and collaborations, the project has increased the presence and credibility of these areas.

Expected long term effects

The project identifies success factors that take advantage of and develop strategic initiatives for collaboration. In the longer term, this is expected to contribute to establishing an attractive innovation environment for IndTech and new technical areas that position Sweden as a leader in the area. An important result is a plan for continued work that aims to consolidate experiences and working methods, and expand the collaboration to further geographical areas and countries with industrial structures that match the need of knowledge of the project´s Swedish stakeholders.

Approach and implementation

The project has successfully carried out a series of activities to promote Swedish IndTech and strengthen the connection between Swedish industry and international markets, primarily in Silicon Valley and Canada. Through networking, events, and collaborations, the project has increased the presence and credibility of these areas. These efforts have established Swedish IndTech as an internationally recognized term and a symbol of the Swedish industry´s digital transformation.
