Important results from the project
The pandemic has increased the demands to change and adapt new ways to face changes i society, the city´s mission has become more important during and after the pandemic with increased divides in society. The aim is to increase cooperation with other actors regarding how we face the consequences of the pandemic through innovative solutions to support target groups and industries.Samverket offers a platform to find modern solutions that meet the users´ needs. The goal is to gain new skills and abilitiesin so we can fully cooperate with other actors and initiad new collaborations.
Expected long term effects
The members have participated among other things, in meetings about urban development, digitalisation, collaborated with other municipalities and districts regarding innovation and change management. The project has contributed with its networks and invited external guests from the EU Commission, the city and civil society. Samverket has been used as a third workplace, coworking space, and has added interesting perspectives on joint challenges. Membership has led to increased knowledge of other organizations and new contacts and collaborations have established.
Approach and implementation
The project selected employees with strategic role, mandates and who are responsible for the development work as members of Samverket. This is to be able to add and take with them new knowledge that can be implemented in the organization. The members were at Samverket at least one day a week and we tried to plan so we could have high presence. We participated in WS and meetings but also arranged WS and meetings and invited other collaborating partners. We spread new knowledge about hybrid work, coworking, collaboration, new methods both internally in the organisation and externally.
