Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to identify Goodfeed´s ideal segment and at the same time iterate Goodfeed´s service according to the needs of the target group. The project was part of the long-term goal of building Goodfeed into a global player for "the new generation way of working". During the project, we have identified our ideal segment. We have also had the opportunity to collect feedback from customers, which has given us a greater understanding of the value that our service creates. We have taken steps in the right direction to be able to achieve our goal above".

Expected long term effects

We have updated our business model during the project - with everything from value proposition, pricing and packaging to ensure that we can scale up the business. We have also continued to further develop our platform based on our customers´ feedback and a lot has happened in the product during the project. During these months we have succeeded in achieving our objectives and developed our business in terms of both offer and product. We will now use the results in the continued sales work. We expect to see results (in the form of increased sales) during the spring and autumn.

Approach and implementation

During the project, we worked with our customers where we carried out start-up meetings, training and onboarding. We have also conducted follow-up meetings/interviews to see how things are going for them and how we can support them in their implementation. In the meantime, we have collected feedback (current state vs. desired state). In addition to the above, we have also updated the platform in collaboration with our customers to understand how they use our service to maximize the future customer benefit. We have produced documentation (case studies, recessions, user data, etc.).
