Important results from the project

Half of all sealants used to seal bathrooms and kitchens are thrown as waste material. For every bathroom sealed, a whole roll of tape is also used to mask around that area. This waste has a huge negative impact globally. We have developed a revolutionary tool that reduces the time by half sealing bathroom and kitchen environments and increases the quality of the work performed. We also completely eliminate the use of tape and the waste of sealant.

Expected long term effects

The product has been produced in 3D printers and used professionally by Ullarent AB, who works with bathroom reconditioners for hotels and private persons and where silk joints are changed in all bathrooms. The result is striking and sealycone is now for manufacture at LC Plastic in Nässjö. Patents have been filed by Groth & CO and news value has been confirmed by the Patent Office with demands for some supplementation which have also been filed. In the first half of 2020, marketing will begin in social media and launch in stores

Approach and implementation

Cad drawings and production in 3D printers have been done in-house for small changes have been made to achieve perfection.
