Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the project was to utilize AI to free up time for analysis and insight-creating work, as well as broaden our strategic analysis. We want to provide our members with more comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge summaries. By developing an AI bot that streamlines the compilation of data from news articles and reports, we have been given good conditions to achieve our objective and free up time for more analytical work.

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The result of the project has led to a more comprehensive and up-to-date strategic analysis, which will give our members access to more relevant information. We have also gained insight into AI´s potential and limitations, including the importance of critically reviewing AI´s results to avoid bias. This has resulted in valuable lessons that can be used both internally in our organization to improve our activities and to support our members in a more efficient way.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out in a partnership between us at Ledarna and our AI supplier. The work proceeded in iterations where tasks such as defining relevant search areas, creating a text analysis pipeline, adapting AI models, creating an interactive dashboard and continuous testing and evaluation of the solution were included. The approach gave the organization a step-by-step introduction to the capabilities of the AI solution and an increased insight into the technology´s complexity and the surrounding issues that need to be raised when introducing new technology.
