Important results from the project
The collaboration with University West has approved the educational content and ensured that the digital workbooks fulfill the Swedish National Agency for Education and authorities demands. A market overview has been done for the Swedish market. The business model has had an overview and a new price structure is in place. The project has met the aims and goals on all points.
Expected long term effects
The work conducted and the consequent results have led to that there now are 80 work books developed with approved educational content and fulfill the authorities demand. An ongoing collaboration with a reference group with teachers have given invaluable feedback leading to improvement in user experience. The effects from the project is the generation of knowledge of the Swedish market, pricing and business models and increased knowledge of the end users´ needs and requirements.
Approach and implementation
The quality overview was conducted with pedagogues from University West. The business and market questions were answered by gathering data through qualitative interviews and data search on the Internet. In addition a reference group has been created with eight teachers continuously evaluating and providing feedback.
