Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project is to develop and install Speja, a system that automatically identifies healthcare harms through analysis of medical record data. Speja provides healthcare providers with immediate feedback on the effects of actions so that improvement efforts can be guided by actual results rather than retrospective data. The project´s objective is to develop a repeatable sales process that reliably sells Speja to new customers and persuades current users to pay for Speja.

Expected effects and result

The project´s objective is to develop a repeatable sales process that reliably sells Speja to new customers and persuades current users to pay for Speja. The effect is that hospitals can track how changes affect patient safety day by day, which leads to earlier action, fewer healthcare injuries and more resource-efficient improvement work.

Planned approach and implementation

The project combines technical development with commercial validation. Technically, Speja is further developed and installed in more hospitals to demonstrate scalability and performance in different environments. Commercially, the sales process is tested and refined through targeted customer dialogues, pricing tests and structured feedback from existing users. The work is carried out in close collaboration with healthcare operations.
