Important results from the project

The project successfully achieved its objective of developing a digital tool, Norm Navigator, that can effectively identify, measure, analyze, and improve gender equality, especially within Swedish industry. Beyond this, the project has created methods for using advanced technology. It has also raised awareness of gender equality as a systemic issue, where key levers can make a difference. Synergies include new methods for human-AI collaboration as well as strengthened partnerships and network.

Expected long term effects

In the long term, the project has the potential to enhance the Swedish industry by making gender equality a standard. Norm Navigator, with its ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data, can identify and address gender inequality issues. This can lead to profitability through increased innovation, improved worklife, more women in leadership and gender balanced professions. The project can inspire new initiatives as well as the use of advanced digital technology for gender equality.
