Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the project was to further develop our cloud-based platform, which uses algorithms and AI to quickly create and evaluate building proposals. The goals included improving functions and the offer, validating willingness to pay and implementing sustainability functions. By visualizing sustainability factors, costs and architectural quality, and integrating a payment model with three different price plans via Stripe, we aimed to optimize the platform´s user experience and streamline our internal processes.
Expected long term effects
The project resulted in an improved cloud-based platform that quickly creates and evaluates building proposals using algorithms and AI. We have implemented an integrated payment model via Stripe, new pricing plans, and a new backend structure for feature access. New sustainability analyzes have been introduced, and in combination with improved functionality, the willingness to pay has been validated. We have also gained valuable insights into our target group, improved onboarding processes and optimized sales strategies, which strengthens our long-term development.
Approach and implementation
The project consisted of 4 work packages: technical implementation of the payment system, legal investigation, verification of willingness to pay and documentation. We started the project with an analysis of potential payment systems. We chose Stripe and ensured robust security measures and integration. We then updated our agreements in accordance with the payment system. Once everything was in place, we began validating willingness to pay and analyzing patterns of conversions and non-conversions. Finally, we documented results for future project development.
