Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of this stage 1 project was to produce a proposal for stage 2, and a validated project plan to develop digitally transformed working methods for mobile teams within home healthcare, as well as initial models for leading and organizing the business. Parties in this step were Linnaeus University and Lund University, in close collaboration with the need owners Region Kronoberg and TioHundra. The purpose was fulfilled through a proposal formulated and submitted by all parties.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The primary ambition was to formulate a validated and needed project plan, with relevant issues. This was fulfilled through an early anchoring among operational staff and among decision-makers in the respective owners´ needs organizations. If step 2 is approved, the stakeholders are well prepared and understand the upcoming work.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The preliminary schedule was divided into five milestones; anchoring with decision makers in the need owners ´management functions, inventory of local resources and resources to be involved (sites), workshops and interviews for data collection, project plan for evaluation of the need owners´ management functions and completion of budget and project plan. In principle, the schedule was followed with the exception of minor deviations caused by challenges to gather stakeholders due to the pandemic.
