Important results from the project
The aim of this project was to establish the necessary means and conditions needed to run InfraSweden2030. The goal was to create the operational structure and procedures necessary for the program, project work, communication and collaboration.
Expected long term effects
- Management and governance structure established; Board, management team, program office and theme management. Reporting templates developed. - Proposals for strategic projects were captured in a dialogue with the program´s themes. Six projects were selected and launched. - An Open Call has been launched, with the topic selected in dialogue with industry. - Impact logic for the program´s activities have been developed and adopted. - Several communication activities have been carried out and the first Open House scheduled 6 April 2016. - Program restructuring has been discussed.
Approach and implementation
Industry partners are represented in various management & governance roles within the program. Activity ideas have initially been discussed with the Themes, and then reviewed and prioritized by the management team before decision by the Board. Communication activities have been partly decided within Program Office and partly taken up for decision of the management team and the Board. Some issues such as the Impact Logic and communication strategies have also been discussed in close dialogue with Vinnova. Time has often been too short for proper anchoring at different levels.
