Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s objective was to build an infrastructure for data exchange between public, private and personal actors, controlled by the individual, so that information can be exchanged easily and quickly between actors. The project´s ambition was to test such an infrastructure through a real case. We wanted: 1) Test the technology and explore the legal environment (met) 2) Implement the solution and make it scalable (not met) Documentation, code and legal report available.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Our objective was to facilitate the digitization of Sweden by creating a data infrastructure for the exchange of personal data. The implemented solution could be a possible alternative, but more needs to be done to explore legal aspects and scalability. Such a solution needs to be harmonized with Ena, Sweden´s administrative common digital infrastructure.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We based our work on three main pillars: 1) Putting the individual at the center to maximize control over data 2) Developing an MVP (not a POC) to consider service, technology, legal and governance issues together 3) Designing a digital wallet to enable access to services and data
