Call Support for start-ups through excellent incubators spring 2022

Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal is to find more entrepreneurs for our incubator and in the short term build sustainable growth companies that create solutions to society´s future challenges. HETCH provides an ecosystem with the aim of creating conditions for growth together with established companies, fast-moving tech companies and startups. I Helsingborg offers HETCH together with our partners access to programme, startup community, co-working, education and connection to research, mentors, investors and a supporting network.

Expected effects and result

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** By taking part in more resources, we can create better conditions for startups to reach Agenda 2030. To contribute to more talents and skills for Swedish business. Make sure there is a large network of capital and mentors who can support the companies to growth. Create the conditions for more female founders and diversified business life.

Planned approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** HETCH will recruit two more experienced people to the incubator. A resource (full-time) with a background in investments and analyses. As well as a person (part-time) with experience in taking companies from idea to global major expansion. Mentors are expanded with skills and activities to train startups within the sustainability work focus agenda 2030. The focus is on more female founders, the 50/50 goal and more female investors, as well as activities directly aimed at students and talents within the region.
