Purpose and goal
The project aims to develop an AI-based knowledge platform that structures and makes InfraSweden´s portfolio of over 200 research and innovation projects more accessible and usable. Objective: - Short term: Improve accessibility and knowledge search. - Medium term: Increase the use of project results, strengthen decision support and collaboration. - Long term: Increase system efficiency, accelerate climate transition and maximize the return on public research investments.
Expected effects and result
Expected results: AI chatbot and structured database for thematic search, cross-analysis and visualization. Effects: Increased accessibility, better decision support, strengthened collaboration, system efficiency and accelerated climate transition.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is carried out in three phases: database adaptation, data construction and quality assurance, and implementation of the chatbot with user testing. The collaboration takes place between IQ Samhällsbyggnad, Enra Digital AB and InfraSweden using agile methods and iterative development, where user testing with need owner and stakeholders ensures quality. The delivery includes an integrated chatbot, structured database and scalable platform.
