Important results from the project

We aim to simplify and streamline student health´s work with everything from smoother and GDPR-safe communication and automatic documentation. We have developed our range of features such as a completely secure chat where students, guardians and school staff can easily use video, audio and text chat with student health at the school. We have then demonstrated the MVP developed in step 1 together with customers in a real environment. The goal of a secure, encrypted and GDPR-friendly chat service that removes today´s many eligibility requirements for physical meetings has been met.

Expected long term effects

A digitalisation, encryption and privacy-friendly chat have solved the problem that existed when all concerned teachers gathered when information was shared and that student health should meet physically to discuss student matters has been carried out. AI has implemented in systems that categorize student matters so that student health and especially the principal can see patterns in student in order to be able to provide targeted and better interventions. Otcomes for evaluation has shown positive results.

Approach and implementation

The business model is on a monthly fee from the customers that varies depending on the size of the organization and the flow of cases. The users are partly staff within student health and partly students, teachers and other school staff who come into contact with student health. Guardians can also come into contact with student health through the platform. The person who pays for the service is the individual school or principal. The analysis of the implementation and the arrangement showed that the monthly fee was good and that "package price" was desirable by the buyers.
