Important results from the project
Denna text är maskinöversatt The aim of the feasibility study Development of dynamic capability for the world´s best e- health was to, together with two need owners, create an in-depth basis for a more comprehensive research and development project with the aim of exploring what constitutes best practices in the form of new management and balancing practices. which gradually leads to an organizational learning with an increased dynamic ability, digital maturity. During the feasibility study, the aim have been partly changed to better meet the challenges of the need owners.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has resulted in a deeper understanding of the problems and challenges facing the need owners. Step 1 included two need owners and during the feasibility study, a third need owner has joined. The results from the conducted workshops, with the need owners, showed that both within and between the need owners´ organizations, there are many scattered target images about what future care looks like and how digitalisation is part of that development. It can be linked to the challenge regarding lack of holistic view that appeared in one of the surveys.
