Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to find and evaluate ways to commercialize the technology. This has included evaluating business models, building up knowledge about the industry, the markets the company intends to target, and setting up strategies to reach commercialization of the technology. The project has led to many of the vital building blocks of the company being put in place. With these in place, there is now a clear direction, strategy, and activity plan to reach the market and commercialize the technology.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The result of the project has led to the company having a clear and well-founded business model, digital channels to reach out to external stakeholders, and started dialogues with both market players and investors in the area. Now the company has a well-laid-out road map that will take the company to commercialization.

Approach and implementation

The structure of the project has been such that the most important elements, those that also affect the construction of other elements, have been prioritized and implemented first. One such step has been the identification, analysis, and choice of business model. In parallel with these larger elements, other sub-elements have been built up to their minimum so that a whole could be created quicker. This made it so the elements could be used continuously (e.g. website for communication) while the whole was built up. Sub-elements were iterated and refined as larger elements became clearer.
