Expected long term effects
The project will serve as a guide for continued development and create conditions for the implementation of projects on a larger scale . The project provides guidance on how to proceed when it comes to automated e-services. The result is that we initially automated functions , modules and components to create automation . Automated e-services requires that there are deeper business expertise and sometimes even legal advice . Without these skills , it may be difficult to assess all aspects and consequences of automation .
Approach and implementation
The project has been conducted by the e-office , the municipality of Karlstad with the joint operation- and maintenance board of Värmland as principal. Project participants are supplier of the e-service platform and Karlstad University. Workshops have been conducted with CeSam Varmland , Karlstad University and the supplier . The project was divided into a number of work packages consisting of a number of activities spread over the project period. A simple guide for the evaluation of potential e-services to automate has been developed in collaboration with the University of Karlstad.
