Expected long term effects
Through a successful project can Uppdragshuset take a strategic market position by introducing a new approach to the innovation process. Auto Match is a unique product that creates a new market and is simultaneously a door opener Uppdragshuset´s existing services. It promotes the development to establish the company as both service and product provider which strengthens the company´s continued expansion and profiling as an innovative company. Uppdragshuset is already noticing a broader market exposure in the form of increased orders and important interest in Auto Match.
Approach and implementation
The project has followed a mapped out plan divided into two parts. First we conducted external research and market analysis which aimed at establishing a set of requirements for the targeted end users (user-driven development). The second part focused on the development and validation of the AutoMatch concept on selected test customers. The major research effort focused on approaches to improve performance and make Automatch meeting the market requirements in order to comply with the demands for higher efficiency.
