Important results from the project

The project has achieved the objective set. It has strengthened AI in industry, the public sector and SMEs. More partners have joined AI Sweden, which has led to a growing ecosystem and more collaborations. Workshops, events and training have promoted skills development and maturity, while AI maturity measurement has improved business processes. New networks and synergies have been created, and the public sector has taken important steps towards increased AI use.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to strengthen AI development in the region through continued collaboration and a growing ecosystem. The cross-industry network enables innovation and more efficient use of resources. Ökad AI-mognad at partners leads to better strategies, higher productivity and more data-driven decisions. The public sector can streamline working methods and improve citizen services, which strengthens both regional and national competitiveness in AI.

Approach and implementation

It took longer to establish the project than expected. We focused on organizing several events such as leadership meetings, knowledge seminars, and inspiration events. This has contributed to AI Sweden now being established in Northern Sweden. We are now seen as a natural conversation partner and enabler in the region. We followed the timeline and planned activities. We established a network for companies that was not planned, as it was missing from the ecosystem here in the north.
