Important results from the project

The purpose of Addi Medical as PUA was to create prerequisites for Vinnova to implement the project "Winter". This was made possible through the development of the services i) The data and service catalog for registration of competing participants, and ii) Mitt Individkonto, for registration and transfer of the individual´s self-care data to and from the HOPE Databroker platform. The goals have been met well through deliveries in all areas: e-services, management and agreements according to expected results and within an updated time frame.

Expected long term effects

The result is several sub-deliveries: 1) Further development of the Data and Service Catalog and development of Mitt Individkonto which has been tested, put into production, management established and offered to competition participants and individuals with Addi as PUA, and 2) Agreements, materials and workshops activities have described the use and benefits of e-services Together, the project laid the foundation for the implementation of the VINNOVAS Vinter project, the aim of which was to offer a platform for secure sharing and use of data on diabetes

Approach and implementation

The project has been carried out in close collaboration with Vinnova, competition participants, individuals, regions, patient association. A total of 24 competition participants, 17 individuals, 37 patients and 4 regions and a number of authorities have been involved and contributed to the project´s successful results. The work has been characterized by very cross-functional collaboration to ensure good results, including at regular weekly meetings, workshops and consultation with IMY. In addition, further reconciliations have been carried out with more authorities.
