Important results from the project
Trough the membership at Samverket we now access a network where the connection on an individual level enables quick an informal contacts for simple questions, brainstorms or feedback. In order to gain deeper knowledge of other players´ perspectives on our common customers and improvements for them, however, closer collaboration is required. For this purpose we are currently co-planning a joint project with another agency, as a continuation of a Samverket workshop we held, that they participated in.
Expected long term effects
Through Samverket, we have been able to spread qualitative and quantitative customer insights, guiding others in reflecting upon their part in the customer journey and value network. But we have also been able to capture other authorities´ views on when our processes clash and negative consequences affect the citizen - identifying and prioritizing focus areas for improvement. Exchanging experiences related to ways of working, such as innovation, Service Design or metrics, has also been a very big gain that has come from the membership.
Approach and implementation
We have used Samverket´s physical premises and digital platform to share and acquire knowledge, both through guided workshops and open dialogue formats. We have tried inviting specific roles/organizations and designed workshops based on the customer journey, and at other times published open invitations connected to specific issues such as innovation, governance or issues related to Service Design. Having a common challenge or question to voluntarily gather around rather than inviting specific roles has led to engaged participants and constructive meetings
