Important results from the project
Hyred utilizes AI, anonymization, and automation to streamline the recruitment processes for junior candidates. The project aimed to develop methods for automatically assessing competence, identifying efficient approaches to candidate acquisition, and preparing the platform for international expansion.
Expected long term effects
The new methods for measuring, comparing, and evaluating competence are now integral to our automated selection process, utilized by clients across Europe. The insights gained from the project have been directly incorporated into our value proposition to customers and are expected to streamline both their processes and our internal operations.
Approach and implementation
During the project, a completely new application and verification process has been developed in collaboration with clients, suppliers, and collaborative partners. Pilot tests have been conducted with both new and existing customers and users, both in Sweden and abroad, to validate the customer benefits of the project and prepare for international expansion.
