Experiences

I conduct research on how sustainability and environmental knowledge can be translated into practical innovation work in defense and security-related areas. My focus is on understanding how climate and environmental aspects can be integrated early in innovation processes to create robust and future-proof systems.

What experiences did you take with you from Silicon Valley?

My main learnings are that openness, networks and a strong "pay it forward" culture drive innovation. This combination of transparency, collaboration and rapid knowledge sharing forms a central part of my research studies and influences how I view the development and dynamics of innovation systems.

Based on your experiences, what would you like to contribute to the Swedish innovation system?

I want to contribute to developing methods and working methods that strengthen innovation processes in Sweden and Europe, inspired by the lessons I learned from Silicon Valley. By adapting the principles behind the open and trust-based ecosystem to a Swedish and European context, I want to help create innovation environments that combine scientific basis, sustainability and resilience.
