Purpose and goal
The purpose of the market research has been to investigate how the market for dating, singles and partners looks today and specifically for the accelerated digital development that is happening right now. Another purpose has also been to evaluate how YouViaMes businessmodel regarding a "rev-share" model, along with business partners, would look like and how it was received by restaurants and activity partners.
Expected results and effects
The results of the dating survey have shown that more people want a relationship and see a big advantage of being matched by their friends. The result of the partner survey shows that the partners we have been in contact with are positive to our concept and want to participate.
Planned approach and implementation
The survey was done in two ways, one was made by randomly selecting people on the street and the other was sent out digitally. The form featured 26 questions about singles, matchmaking and what activities you would like to do on the first day. Partners who were asked were selected based on various recommendation services and after establishing contact, the plan for cooperation was presented.
