Purpose and goal
At Tenant & Partners/Worklife Groups´s office in Stockholm the future prototype Yggdrasil is being further developed into a nature-inspired, brain-friendly learning lab. The project´s objective is to increase demand for sustainable and circular solutions in workplace development. By combining AI-enhanced collective intelligence, a physical future prototype and inviting dialogue, the aim is to inspire innovation and reach decision-makers who shape the workplaces of the future.
Expected effects and result
Short term: 1) insights into how nature-inspired brain-friendly meeting spaces and AI can augment collective intelligence 2) increased visibility and demand for bio-based and circular interior design solutions. Medium term: Yggdrasil becomes an ecosystem for AI-augmented collective intelligence and sustainable workplace development. Long term: a narrative shift where bio-based materials become the norm, not niche, and a strengthened position for Sweden in a sustainable forest value chain.
Planned approach and implementation
At Tenant & Partner/Worklife Group in Stockholm, Yggdrasil evolves from a temporary future prototype into a brain-friendly learning lab for biobased, sustainable workplace development. The space serves as a prototype, foresight lab and network hub where artefacts spark dialogue. An AI agent supports futurforesight and collective intelligence. Strategic communication broadens target groups and increases impact across the forest value chain.
